How does the free trial work?

The ALT app is installed automatically with a 14 day trial that includes 5 user licenses. You can choose who in your organization will get access during the free trial period. When you confirm your order of the app, the number of licenses will be updated accordingly to the number you order.


Is the license a one-time fee payment?

No, the payment is on monthly basis.


How do I pay?

Once you have installed the app trial version, Avalia will send you an e-mail enquiring how many licenses you need. After receiving your reply, Avalia will send you the invoice with account details.


Is it possible to change license plan?

You can increase the number of licenses at any time, but you cannot reduce the number of licenses until your billing period is over and before a new one starts. To make changes to your license plan, please fill in this form and Avalia will reply to get your confirmation.


Is anything installed locally or is this a cloud-based software?

This is a cloud-based software, nothing is installed on your local machine.


Are there any technical requirements?

We have no technical requirements, but see our section about browser support.


Does it work in any browser?

This app works on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, IE, Microsoft Edge, Safari. Google Chrome is recommended.


What do the SuperOffice users who do not have a license for ALT see?

Users who do not have an ALT license; will not be able to use the app. When they get into the app panel, they will see a message saying "No License Assigned". See Q & A for more details.


What are your termination policies?

You can terminate the usage of the app by filling in this form.
Note: Once you terminate, all your data will be deleted and no data backup will be maintained by Avalia. So You can take XLSx or PDF report of your data before you request for termination.


How does external usage work?

ALT external usage is the alternative solution for those users who do not have SuperOffice CRM Online login/access. When a user (who does not have SuperOffice login) is assigned ALT license by his SuperOffice admin he would get an e-mail containing external site link, username and password setting link. The user can set the password using the link, login to ALT external site and start using. Please watch the demo video on external usage for better knowledge.
