In ALT you can tag your SuperOffice activities for different billing and reporting requirements and you can define specific activity types that are only relevant for your ALT users. Log new hours easily by dragging and dropping the predefined events or just by a single click on the day in the calendar.

Organize your own or your employee's time entries as 'billable' or 'non-billable'. All billable entries can be marked as 'approved' which will make your invoicing process fast and efficient. When more information is needed on any activity, simply 'disapprove' a task and ask for more information before you forward it to finance for invoicing. Have full control without slowing down.

Generating reports of your hour logs is easy and gives you the insight into how you and your teams spend time. Is it time well spent or should you make changes? With data you can carry out analysis and make informed decisions. Define what to see in your reports by choosing the columns to include, and then easily create reports in XlSx or PDF format. Export and share data with a push of a button. You can even preview your report so that you know it is correct before you share it.
