If your subscribed license plan has expired, you will see the message “You cannot proceed! Your license plan ends on ... and it should be upgraded now for you to proceed”.

To upgrade your ALT license:
  •  Click Contact Support on the exception page, and type in your service request.
  •  Shortly, our support admin will contact you to upgrade your license plan as requested.
