Users may see the error message (exception) "No License Assigned" when trying to use the app functionality. This happens if the administrator of the app has not yet assigned them a license for using ALT.

To get a license, employees must contact their SuperOffice administrator (the one who installed ALT) and ask him/her to assign them a license. Once this is done the user will be notified by email.

ALT licenses come with two different access types:

  • ALT usage inside SuperOffice

  • External usage (outside SuperOffice) with the same functionalities as #1.

Note :  SuperOffice users get both access types, but external users get 'External usage' access only.
